Mariel holds a Masters degree in special education and taught for 7 years in the LAUSD system.
After leaving education she ventured into the real estate world. Mariel first began investing in foreign real estate, but has brought her investments back to the States.
Her first project was a single-family income property in Memphis, Tennessee.

Charles has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 30 years.
In addition to having been a licensed real estate sales agent in two states, Chuck spent several years as a senior loan officer handling the application, documentation and funding processes for borrowers in 38 states.
